This part of my blog will follow my fitness journey and food journal.
My fitness routine is mainly focused around Crossfit but I also run sometimes do some weightlifting and hot yoga (when I’m not too exhausted from life & the intense workouts)
My diet is pretty clean but I have recently started the Zone Diet and have been documenting my experience with it. ( So far the results have been great!)
One last thing, ladies don’t be afraid to lift! 😉
