We are all students or working adults, conclusion is we need (okay more like want) our caffeine, especially in the mornings.
So what’s better than coffee?
A coffee full of protein that is low carb and tastes sweet. Now it can’t get better than that.
Here is what you need:
- 1 cup of coffee
- ½ scoop of Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl Whey Or Molten Chocolate (makes a mocha)
- ¼ cup water (to mix the whey)
- ¼ of almond milk
This yields about 75 calories, 1.6 g of fat, 1.85 of carbs and tastes just like a latte! You can chill the coffee overnight and make this an iced latte.
